Description: Riley has a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University. She currently works at Wolters Kluwer (formerly Pharmacy One Source) as an Interaction Designer. When asked to describe her job, she says, “I am an Interaction Designer responsible for the user experience of products for pharma solutions. I translate business requirements into design specifications by asking the right questions to discover the underlying issues and designing solutions that are appropriate to the problem.”
