Mitzi Norton
Day Job: Director, Office of the President at Adler School of Professional Psychology
Description: Mitzi has been with the Adler School since 2007, and currently serves as the Director of the President’s Office and the Secretary to the Board of Trustees. She holds a BA in Psychology from Creighton University and an AAS in Interior Design from the Harrington Institute. Mitzi is an active volunteer for West Suburban PADS and coordinates an emergency homeless shelter in Oak Park. Her colleagues would say that she runs a school. She would tell you that she merely oversees the doings of the Office of the President, and there are too many “doings” to name. In her spare time, she helps confused and frightened Chicagoans paint their kitchens eggplant purple and recover their sofas with red leather.
Superpower: She can cook just about anything in a crock pot.
