Description: Phillip maintains a wide range of knowledge within the eBusiness consulting space and is recognized for his work in Interactive Media through design publications including I.D. Magazine and How.

Phillip has been involved with Digital Technologies since 1995.In 1998, he co-founded Centri, a subsidiary of Paragon Data Systems, now part of Centrifusion. Centri specialized in creating eBusiness applications. By integrating design and technology, the company strategy began moving from a contracting firm to a project based entity beginning to bid on multi-million dollar engagements. In 1999, after assisting in the growth of the combined companies to 80+ employees, Phillip accepted a management position with Sapient Corporation.

Following his departure from Sapient Corporation, Phillip co-founded an eBusiness Strategy firm, Ionik, focused on extending organizations’ digital strategies and aligning them with their business objectives. Phillip brought the knowledge and intellectual capital gained from the growth and success of Ionik to Delta.

Phillip was a Managing Partner and Chief Strategy Officer focused on the strategic direction of the Delta organization and led the online marketing, content management and portal integration practices. Some of the customers Phillip assisted included: Northern Trust, ABN AMRO, John Deere, Caremark, IHMA, Wendy’s, DeVry University and others. Phillip was a key team member in the positioning and acquisition of Delta by Vedior North America.
After completing the acquisition of the organization, Phillip assisted in transition activities and departed to establish the online marketing agency, Web Works. Web Works maintains a staff of approximately 15 employees focused on small- and mid-size businesses. Most recently, as a Managing Partner of UXFACTORY and Mobile Practice Lead, Phillip has been focused on creating optimal experiences for emerging technologies such as the Web and mobile.
